Abstract

´Ù¾çÇÑ Àü½ÅÁúȯÀ¸·Î ÀÔ¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚµé Áß¿¡¼­ ±¸°­ÁúȯÀ» Áø·á¹Þ±â À§Çؼ­ ³»¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚÀÇ Àü½ÅÁúȯ »óÅÂ¿Í Ä¡°úÀûÀÎ ÁÖ¼Ò ¹× Áø´Ü¸í ±×¸®°í Ä¡·á³»¿ëÀ» Á¶»çÇÏ°í ÀÌ¿Í °ü·ÃµÈ ±¸°­³»°úÀûÀÎ ÁÖ¼Ò°¡ ¹«¾ùÀÎÁö¸¦ °üÂûÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ÀÔ¿øÇÑ Àü½ÅÁúȯÀÚ¿Í ±¸°­Áúȯ°úÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¸¦ ÆľÇÇÏ°íÀÚ º» ¿¬±¸¸¦ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿© ´ÙÀ½°ú °°Àº °á·ÐÀ» ¾ò¾ú´Ù.
1. ±¸°­ÁúȯÀ» Áø·á¹Þ±â À§Çؼ­ ³»¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚÀÇ Àü½ÅÁúȯÀº Àν¶¸°-ºñÀÇÁ¸¼º ´ç´¢º´ 26%, ³ú°æ»ö 25.2%, ³ú³»ÃâÇ÷, ´Ù¹ß¼º °üÀýÁõ, °í°üÀýÁõ °¢°¢ 4.7%, ½Å°æ±Ù ¹× ½Å°æÃÑ Àå¾Ö, °íÇ÷¾Ð¼º ½ÉÀå ¹× ½ÅÀå Áúȯ, °­Á÷¼º ôÃß¿° °¢°¢ 2.4% µîÀÇ ¼ø¼­·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
2. ³»¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚÀÇ ÁÖ¼Ò´Â Ä¡Åë 28.6%, Á¤±â°Ë»ç 23%, Ä¡¾Æµ¿¿ä 8.7%, Ä¡¾ÆÁö°¢°ú¹Î 7.1%, Ä¡ÁÖÃâÇ÷ 6.4% µîÀÇ ¼ø¼­·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
3. ³»¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚÀÇ Áø´ÜµÈ ±¸°­ÁúȯÀº Ä¡Àº¿° ¹× Ä¡ÁÖÁúȯ 28.9%, Ä¡¾Æ¿ì½ÄÁõ 17.1%, Ä¡¼ö ¹× Ä¡±Ù´ÜÁÖÀ§ÀÇ Áúȯ 15.1%, Ÿ¾×¼±ÀÇ Áúȯ 10.5%, Ä¡¾Æ°æÁ¶Á÷ÀÇ ±âŸÁúȯ 8.6% µîÀÇ ¼ø¼­·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
4. ³»¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚÀÇ Ä¡·á³»¿ëÀº Ä¡ÁÖÄ¡·á 17.95%, Ä¡·á°ÅºÎ 16.67%, ±¸°­°ÇÁ¶ ¹× ±¸Ãë Á¦°Å¸¦ À§ÇÑ ¾à¹°Ä¡·á 13.46%, ¹ßÄ¡Ä¡·á 12.18%, º¸Ã¶Ä¡·á 8.97% µîÀÇ ¼ø¼­·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
5. ³»¿øÇÑ È¯ÀÚÀÇ ±¸°­³»°úÀûÀÎ ÁÖ¼Ò´Â 16% À̾úÀ¸¸ç, ±¸°­¿¬Á¶Á÷Áúȯ 6.4%, µÎ°³ÇϾÇÀå¾Ö 5.6% ±×¸®°í ±¸Ãë 4% µîÀÇ ¼ø¼­·Î ³ªÅ¸³µ´Ù.
ÀÌ»óÀÇ °á°ú·Î ÀÔ¿øÇÑ Àü½ÅÁúȯÀÚ¸¦ ÅëÇؼ­ Àü½ÅÁúȯÀÌ Àִ ȯÀÚÀÇ ±¸°­Áúȯ°ú ±¸°­ÁúȯÀÌ Àִ ȯÀÚÀÇ Àü½ÅÁúȯ¿¡ ´ëÇؼ­´Â ÀÏÁ¤ºÎºÐ ÆľÇÀÌ µÇ¾úÀ¸³ª ÇâÈÄ ±¸°­Áúȯ°ú Àü½ÅÁúȯ°úÀÇ »ó°ü°ü°è¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ¿¬±¸°¡ °è¼ÓÀûÀ¸·Î ÀÌ·ç¾îÁ®¾ß ÇÑ´Ù°í »ç·áµÈ´Ù.

Purpose : To investigate the actual conditions of diagnosis and treatment of oral medicine inpatient with systemic disease.

Methods : A total of 110 subjects, inpatient due to systemic disease for diagnosis and treatment of oral disease was requested to answer the medical history and dental treatment record.

Results : Systemic disease is composed of Non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus 26%, Cerebral infarction 25.2%, Intracerebral hemorrhage, Polyarthrosis, Coxarthrosis 4.7%, Nerve root and plexus disorders, Hypertensive heart and renal diseases, Ankylosing spondylitis 2.4%. Chief complain of oral disease is composed of toothache 28.6%, routine check 23%, tooth mobility 8.7%, hypersensitivity 7.1%, periodontal bleeding 6.4%. Oral disease is composed of Gingivitis and periodontal diseases 28.9%, Dental caries 17.1%, Diseases of pulp and periapical tissues 15.1%, Diseases of salivary glands 10.5%, Other diseases of hard tissues of teeth 8.6%, Within Normal Limit 5.3%. Treatment of oral disease is composed of periodontal treatment 17.95%, rejection of treatment 16.67%, medication for halitosis & dry mouth 13.46%, extraction 12.18%, prosthetic treatment 8.97%. Chief complain in oral medicine is composed of oral soft tissue problem 6.4%, craniomandibular disorders 5.6%, halitosis 4%, total 16%.

Conclusion : These findings indicate that inpatient due to the systemic disease is significantly correlated to the oral disease. The patients of oral disease interrelationship between inpatient and outpatient of systemic disease should be validated by future research.
